About the Opportunity In this front of house role, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to our clients and carrying out a range of duties within the office. Key Duties Client liaison including greeting clients, making arrangements for their pets, entering bookings and taking payments Organising viewings Taking paw prints and fur clippings Assisting with the daily coordination of the office including data entry Handling email and phone correspondence You will Have exceptional customer service skills with at least 3 years administration experience Have an excellent phone manner along with a compassionate and caring nature Have advanced computer and technology skills (Word, Outlook and Excel) Be proactive with the ability to work unsupervised and handle multiple tasks with a high attention to detail Be organised; managing an efficient and tidy workspace Be able to handle challenging and emotional situations Lawnswood prides itself on being caring, down to earth and professional.
